Barry L. Michael, PA-C
Barry Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Shepherd College in May 1999 and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University in December 2004. In 2005, he received his initial certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants (NCCPA). Along with his experience as a paramedic, he holds additional certifications in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
After working for two years as a physician assistant in a busy cardiology practice, in 2007, Barry accepted the position of physician assistant at Family Medicine of Berkeley Springs, Inc. where he cares for patients ranging from infants to the elderly.
Barry is a native of Hampshire County, WV and grew up just outside of Paw Paw. Today, he lives in Berkeley Springs with his wife and two sons. He is involved in Cub Scouting and enjoys judo, shooting sports and camping.
